Parmesan Fondue

This fondue is perfect as an appetizer or for entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • French bread, cubed
Directions
  1. In large saucepan, cook and stir the milk and cream cheese over low heat until cheese is melted.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic; cook and stir until heated through.
  3. Transfer to a fondue pot or mini slow cooker; keep warm. Serve with bread cubes.
